  • 40 minutes, 25 participants, 5 stations

Online (e-learning) FloatFit Training

  • Accessible to everyone, anywhere
  • Instructors study when and where they want, in their own time and at their own pace
  • Course typically takes 4-5 hours to complete

Online Training Requirements

  • Access to swimming pool 
  • Access to AquaBase to film video assessment (floating exercise mat or SUP also acceptable)
  • Internet connection
  • Computer

 

Recommended pre-requisites

  • Group Exercise, Personal Trainer, Yoga or Pilates qualification
  • Experience teaching group exercise classes
  • Instructors must hold valid FloatFit HIIT Certification to take BALANCE, CIRCUITS and GROW training

 

Please note: All instructors are required to do a refresher course every 2 years
