Online Training Requirements
- Access to swimming pool
- Access to AquaBase to film video assessment (floating exercise mat or SUP also acceptable)
- Internet connection
- Computer
Recommended pre-requisites
- Group Exercise, Personal Trainer, Yoga or Pilates qualification
- Experience teaching group exercise classes
- Instructors must hold valid FloatFit HIIT Certification to take BALANCE, CIRCUITS and GROW training
Please note: All instructors are required to do a refresher course every 2 years
